How to Prescribe
With SoBe Apothecary, prescribing a compound is simple. Your local representative will provide you a comprehensive list of our formulations and you select the indications that are prevalent in your patient base. We can also customize a prescription pad for you. Simply fax the prescription form to our pharmacy, along with your patient’s personal and insurance information, and we take care of the rest.
First, we will call the patient’s insurance company to check their plan benefits. We then call the patient to review their coverage and discuss allergies and other information pertinent to filling their order.
Once we fill their prescription, we ship it free-of-charge. One of our customer service representatives will follow up with your patient to ensure that they are using it as directed, to answer any questions they may have, and to verify that they are experiencing the desired results from SoBe Apothecary. Our pharmacist will then call your office to discuss the patient’s feedback so you can adjust the prescription if needed.
